Institutional Building
The concept is designed for an Institutional organization at Singapore. The building footprint sprawls across 2500 Square meter of area and been given 7 storey height.

The design is highly functions based on educational, business and networking event requirements of the client. The building aims to achieve Green mark platinum features based on its energy efficiency and climate responsive architecture.

Mixed Use
A mixed use building where the ground floor is given to clinical practice and upper floors are for residential use. The clinic and residence are treated with separate identities and have been given separated entries and exit.

Clinic is provided with typical commercial infrastructure consisting of reception, waiting, pharmacy, screening and consultation areas. Residential space is spread over two floors for the joint family with large green garden spaces and features a recreational roof top pool and garden.

Residential Villa
A residential villa at a 600 square meter plot in the beautiful Mauritius Island. The space is created basis the client requirements and closely adheres with local building codes. The design strongly integrates with cultural and climatic context.

A sun path analysis and wind rose data determined the spatial orientation. The living space is given double height ceiling with large vertical curtain walls to create a feeling of space and to let the interior interact with exterior landscape.



Hotel & Co-Working Spaces
A space of around 50,000 square feet at Haw Par Center, Singapore is developed on the theme of Hotel Innovation, Sustainable future spaces. The ground floor is dedicated to hospitality and cafeteria. The second floor hosts an innovative co-working space.

The space has a contemporary office infrastructure, with a variety of spatial configurations such as open work spaces, private offices, conference and event rooms, with a bespoke hospitality design concept offering seamless integration of reception, recreational and social spaces.
